I can understand proposal more like vision then a real form of pavilion. But there is still a lot of questions to answer. Please think about spatial connections, site specific context, about creation of new temporary public space.
Hi, what led you to think about using the "wave" principles? What is your goal, what do you want to achieve with an installation in this public space? I like an effect (maybe incidental?) creating an auditorium.
